1. Who we are
InkSettle LLC (“InkSettle”, “we”, “us”) is a Wyoming, United States limited liability company. We provide administrative and business support services to tattoo studios and studio operators, including client booking coordination, invoicing administration and collection on behalf of studios, records management, and marketing support.
2. Our role in your booking
When you book an appointment with a studio in our network, InkSettle administers the booking and collects your deposit and any booking payments as agent for that studio. Tattoo services are performed by the studio and its artists, not by InkSettle. Your agreement for the tattoo service itself is with the studio; these Terms govern our administration of your booking and payment.
3. Deposits, payments and your statement
Deposits and booking payments are collected by InkSettle on the studio’s behalf and will appear on your bank or card statement as INKSETTLE. Amounts, currency and what your payment covers are confirmed at the time of booking.
4. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the booking and deposit policy of the studio where your appointment is held, together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If the studio cancels or cannot proceed with your appointment, your deposit is refunded in full or transferred to a rescheduled appointment at your choice.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate booking and contact information, to be at least 18 years of age, and to present valid government-issued photo identification at your appointment. You are responsible for reviewing the studio’s booking and deposit policy before paying a deposit.
6. What we are not responsible for
InkSettle does not perform tattoo services and is not responsible for the performance, quality or outcome of any tattoo service, which remains the responsibility of the studio and its artists. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any booking is limited to the amount we collected from you for that booking.
7. Communications
We may contact you about your booking, deposit or payment using the contact details you provide. Booking-related questions should be directed to hello@inksettle.com or to the studio directly.
8. Consumer law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy available to you under applicable consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without limiting section 8.
